improper room preparation inadequate cleanliness

the location was acceptable for exploring nearby shops.

My room was not properly prepared. it was configured for two guests, despite my reservation for three people in a junior suite. the room cleanliness also disappointed me. I discovered a sock and a toothbrush under the bed that did not belong to me.
